Beta Policy

The purpose of this beta period is for us to get your feedback. Please use Virtual Battlemat and tell us how to make it better. We will send you occasional emails to ask for your insight and let you know about new capabilities we've developed. If you don't want to receive these emails, please don't join the beta.

Virtual Battlemat is currently available only as a closed beta. Any account that you create during the beta period is free to use, but may be turned off at our discretion, without notice. When we start normal service, it will be possible to upgrade your beta account to a regular paid account. We intend to reward our beta users by allowing you a period of free access once normal service has begun, but we have not yet determined how long that free-use period will last.

Virtual Battlemat is currently a beta product. It might not work. You might lose your data. We're not liable. You were warned.

This beta is only open to people at least 13 years of age. If you're under 13, then we're sorry: we haven't done a full Children's Online Privacy Protection Act compliance certification, so we can't accept your data.

This policy is still under development. It may change at any time. The applicable version will always be posted at http://virtualbattlemat.com/beta_policy. We will not inform you of changes by email or any other communication channel.
